Ingredients
Salad
  • 2Cups Baby Kale
  • 1 1/2 Hardboiled Eggs
  • 1 Bacon Pork Stick
  • 1/8Cup Sweet Corn
  • 4Slices Cucumber
  • 3Slices Avocado
  • 1Slice Lemon
  • 1/4Cup Blue Cheese
Sugar-Free Balsamic Herb Dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1Teaspoon Stevia
  • 1Dash Fresh Herbs(any fresh, seasonal herbs add great flavor to this dressing! We love chives and basil.)
Instructions
  1. Hardboil eggs. Place in cold water and set aside.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Dice Vermont Smoke & Cure Bacon Pork Stick.
  4. Slice avocado.
  5. Slice cucumber.
  6. Crumble blue cheese.
  7. Peel eggs and cut in half.
  8. Dress greens.
  9. Top dressed greens with prepped ingredients.
  10. Garnish with lemon.
